Our leadership acts as if they are unaware of how low our morale is. How else to explain the fact that in many ways they try to lower morale even further?
They obviously don't realize that almost no one is satisfied working here anymore and everyone is looking for other options.

I feel that two weeks SUB is appropriate.
@2rj
This is why SUB is now 2 weeks.
They don’t ignore low morale… they measure it obsessively. If morale doesn’t drop they cut ever further into benefits to make us miserable. Which benefits? Well, bonus pool cuts, medical, 401K matches, WFH and even more cuts in the remnants of the gutted pension plan.
The Bank doesn't want to afford the costs of a year of SUB so for them For them it’s much better to encourage or force people to leave for free.
But we love no morals!
This place is a cesspool!!
They don’t ignore low morale… they celebrate it!
It’s all to drive attrition and it’s working. Why offer a package if they can get you to leave for free? It’s the reason why we haven’t had a significant layoff in 4 years.
I’ve brought up problems with employee morale and the hostile relationship management has decided to foster — I get told I’m wrong and everything is great. Whatever they’re drinking it must be strong stuff
Yep. I’m vocal about my views about the company. They don’t care ….. then again. I don’t care about my work anymore so….
