I think with Diego gone we can move forward, we were stuck and something had to be done. I am glad he's gone. Do you share my opinion?

He needed to go. The ads never changed and were always bland. Nothing creative about them...
I agree with the original post. Diego is a good leader, but lacks the creativity or boldness as a marketer. Plying things too safe, our black and white color palette; the smaller check mark. The lame commercials - having comedian saying lame things doesn’t make it funny…
The ads have been dreadful for a long time. Only Verizon can make Seth Myers unfunny. Diego should have been gone the moment he thought to roll out a new brand during the strike. He spends mad millions on vanity buildings in NYC and third-rate Super Bowl ads, not to mention his limo from NYC to Basking Ridge.
