If there are no perks, Verizon is just 3x more expensive Visible. Why would anyone do that? There was a deliberate reason why other perks were added i.e. T-Mo Netflix deal and so on. Now, VZ plans will be more expensive and much less value than others.

I agree the customer service sucks, but I rarely need to use it. I tried porting a number to them, and it was a total cluster.
Verizon is Visible and Comcast, both of whose customers rate the service better than Verizon. That tells you a lot. It also tells you a lot about Hans race to the bottom of wireless. What a Klown!

Visible is great and the customer support is quick and easy. I have zero issues. Older generations might not know how to use chat for customer service or set up their device. Verizon stores are for seniors, the time is fast approaching for all online sales and service.
Verizon Premium Data is QCI=8 and all MVNO data is prioritized QCI=9. Can’t afford to be prioritized any lower.
My apps are already reporting “No Internet Connection” in busy lunch spots and shopping centers and I’m on the higher priority data.
My friend is on the Welcome plan and he also reports full bars with zero throughout. Only voice works, because it is prioritized higher than data.
Visible is a Verizon company.
No idea, I use total wireless. So much cheaper and never had any issues.
Visible has ZERO customer service support... no phone number to call. Just some dude in another country to answer your tweet for help. Visible is a disaster for anyone who has an issue with setting up their phone or doing an upgrade.
