Thread regarding Wells Fargo & Co. layoffs

Another Billion $ Flushed Down the Toilet

And this one can't be blamed on former regimes...

https://www.wsj.com/articles/wells-fargo-agrees-to-pay-shareholders-1-billion-to-settle-class-action-suit-82e67977

It's all you Charles. There will be no true progress until the Hudson Yards Mafia is downsized. All they do is throw money away on scandals and nonsense while raking in huge and unjustified salaries for themselves. It's ridiculous. Absolutely horrible executive performance. Solidly in the "needs improvement" category if you apply their own criteria for ratings.

“The Bank” = current day leaders
“AND it’s past leadership” = past leaders

So it covers both!! Yes, CS can be held responsible here…

To the S posters, the allegation DOES cover part of Charlie's reign of te---r. He started with the company in 9/19, and the activity in question in this legal action ran until at least 3/20. Probably longer, that's just the duration of the allegation. In any event there's 6+ months of this alleged activity while this regime was in power.

Let's hear it from the "Elizabeth Warren is mean to WF" crowd.

Tell us again how WF doesn't deserve to be capped.

Come one, shout it out.

They should have partsed out this crime syndicate 10 years ago.

Good luck everyone.

Charlie really does not have to do anything to remain in place. Just another sign of how bad this bank has become. #TotalShitShow

Charlie has not and will not have any skin in the game since all his high $ people adds. He will always have someone to blame and be the fall guy. That's just American business. Just look at the failed banks and their leadership.

Better article, The good thing is that Charlie can use “the hand I was dealt with” as an excuse. Fair.

Does an employee who purchased WFC shares for 401K get the settlement?

No glory for Charlie he hasn’t accomplished anything, but don’t put “ And this one can't be blamed on former regimes...” when the sub headline says “past leadership”. That is just mo--nic.

The key word, ar$ehole, is and. If it were only the past leadership, it would read “the bank’s past leadership”, rather than “the bank and it’s past leadership”.

You need to step up your trolling game.

I live that the OP says this can't be put on past leadership and tye article explicitly says it's in past leadership. These are the people whining about WFC.

LOL!!!

People can’t even read the tagline under header before throwing out accusations.

“Wells Fargo Agrees to Pay Shareholders $1 Billion to Settle Class-Action Suit
Shareholders claimed the bank and its past leadership were moving slower to address regulatory issues than they acknowledged publicly”

Wonder what took us so long to settle this one??? Charlie routinely blows a $ Billion to $2 Billion per month on his failing attempt to prop up our stock price.

Charlie tosses a $ Billion around like it’s Kleenex.

How is PAST leadership Charlie & Co?
