So 9 core locations and Bedminster, NJ being one of them how do they plan on allowing folks to go into the new building which only seats around 700 people. Roughly around 2000+ employees in NJ. Curious to see how that's going to work out. Also no news on when the new building will even be ready.

Rumors floating around that eventually only Dallas and Atlanta will be left out of the 9 core cities.
Also if Middletown has downsized, I assume folks will be forced to drive to bedminster..Same for those with offices in NY.

Not sold off, but they've re-stacked and consolidated. Plenty of space, especially if you cram everyone into the open drop-in areas that they tore down all the office walls to create.
Also MT Employees were told they're re-opening the cafeteria by Labor Day when Sambar was there on April 12th...which implies they knew about this months ago.
Another well thought out plan by Stankey and the BOD! Vote every one of them out!!!!

New Jersey was a honey hole of at&t employees. You couldn't travel a city block without passing one or two at&t facilities. No joke, Im not sure what the two thousand employees do today. Many will find their new home in Dallas or Atlanta!
Why are we even in New jersey ....That is Verizon turf. Time to come home to Texas lost sheep.
Rather easy solution. Next action by leadership is a surplus to align with available office space.
What if everyone chooses to go to Texas and nobody wants to go to some terrible place like St Louis or New Jersey?
For awhile in Atlanta we reserved one of the larger conference rooms for the entire team due to limited work space. Everyone sat around the table connected to the AT&T Wifi. Was not easy but there was some fun had. Fast forward a few months and Atlanta took a hit when the round of layoffs came around opening up more desk space. So as you can see it is doable. LOL

Yes, since most of my meetings will still be online over Teams, and I assume everyone else's will be too, it will be a cacophony of people all speaking loudly in their overcrowded cubes. What a wonderful work environment it will be.
