All you need know: article on scape with headline of share your thoughts through annual survey. Article speaking how they value your input and thoughts and etc….But……the comments on the article are turned off. You can’t make this up. Where is the popcorn?

B2 here - It is actually truly anonymous. I suppose the vendor who manages the survey could ID you if you threatened self-harm or talked about something illegal, but they are sworn to privacy protection in their contract.
But.... if you are on a smaller team, could I ID you by asking them to run different reports by role, band level and location to geo-locate you?

That said, it would really have to be worth my while to undertake that effort and invest the time,
The vendor absolutely cannot and will not identify an individual respondent.
Frankly, the comments that come in are really shocking. There are people out there who are really putting it all on the table and fearlessly speaking their mind.
Good on them. Will it make a difference? (no) Are they all still here? (yes)
Is it really anonymous? I’m thinking it is not. In other words, if we speak out about our manager, will they know it came from us? And for that matter - same if we speak up in general. Will they know it is me?
If you are in Ops, forget this survey. No one gives a f*ck about our comments. The manager who got the least score is now handling a large team for Tom as he is into lgbt
Zero interest in the survey.. after last year, we realized it’s pointless and they only use the positive feedback and focus on that- and that alone.
comments are enable for almost all the posts now if you care to speak out about your thoughts!!!
And if you doubt they aren’t reading this board….they just posted a new one with comments enabled. This will be interesting….dangit, ran out of popcorn.
