@OP You've made a terrible mistake about me--I absolutely DO know how to do my job...I'm just doing it badly to force a layoff so I don't have to quit!

Yep, look at Regelman. 6 years and not a single deliverable. No one in management had the stones to ask him what he was going to deliverables and ask for milestones to track the automation.
How many heads down cranking Ops workers could we have hired for Regemen’s salary?
