Some people work 4-day weeks; others don't.
Some people work 12-hour shifts. others don't.
Some people work in a private office; others don't.
Some people work for companies that offer 15 holidays/year; others don't.
Some people work night shifts; others don't.
Some people work jobs that have the summer off; others don't.
Some people work jobs that require more hours certain times of year; others don't.
Some people work jobs that require uniforms; others don't.
Some people work desk jobs; others don't.
How will Elon work to equalize all of these so that we all are working under the same exact conditions, no matter the job?
Funny how Elon can frame WFH in terms of morality and fairness.
Okay, let's give him the benefit of the doubt here.
So, why is he okay with CEOs making 300 - 400 times the pay of the average employee when not only does the CEO not do 300-400 times the work or have 300-400 times the productivity, but when the CEO is often the cause of business problems -- kind of like Elon ki-ling both Twitter and Tesla value through his maga conspiracies?

Word of advice ...............don't listen or believe anything Elon says. He never invented anything, his engineers did. He was just born into a rich family from South Africa.
There is a difference between asking to work virtual and threatening to quit if you cant. I work VO because it works for what I do but I also see the value of in person collaboration.
You can demand privileges that you EARN by getting jobs that offer those privileges. Too many people think Elon Musk is a genius or totally fair and balanced or even logical in his thinking but he is wrong just as often as the next guy, Actually, more since he likes to tweet so much, which is a foolish thing to do because people will start realizing how less genius he really is.
Elon it a total troll. This coming from a guy who is never in the office and who sold out everyone on his "free speech" platform to a WEF hack. Nice way to lump all your workers into a slave class. Y goes into work, so Z should too.
I’ve worked out in the field most of my T career and haven’t been able to work from home, but I’m totally fine with people working from home that have the ability to.
Let’s be honest, there’s no collaborating or mentoring going on in the office, and there’s certainly not going to be more productivity from employees showing up to the office. This is just a power play by a bunch of old boomers that want to refuse to admit that the old way of doing things isn’t necessarily the best way.
