The invite for this was sent several days ago. Hearing that most in the chain of command were not briefed on the RTO announcement I am almost certain Corey did not schedule this chat to discuss the RTO. The Inquire tool is loaded up with questions for him, I hope he sleeps well tonight. I sure hope he comes to the call with answers and is not going to dance around the topic saying more details to be released in the days ahead. This will confirm the left hand does not know what the right is doing. Considering our footprint, available office space and what the announcement proposes you do not make a decision like this without some deep thought and consultation with others. Hearing so few were prepared for this announcement you have to wonder how much thought when into this since so few were prepared.

I’m sure every RTO question will either be ignored and “we’ll get back to you”.

Opportunity to log a DE&I event
??? This call was literally scheduled two days ago. Will Corey lead off with a joke is the question you should be asking.
Employees should demand a deep cleaning and hygiene inspection of offices. I bet the AC filters haven’t been changed this year!!
Every 5th level manager and below, I can confirm, was taken completely off guard by this move. There was a sense that when they told everyone to come back into the office for 1 to 3 days a week that there was an employee backlash. There are very many people who have not stepped into an AT&T office since March of 2020, and it simply won't be allowed to continue. The expectation is that all employees will be reclassified and notified of their work location within 30 days, so yes, be prepared to hear a lot of "more to come".
This will be our first opportunity to hear about RTO from a high ranking exec. It should’ve be interesting. In two town halls leading up to the 1Q23 surplus he was straightforward about what the plan was.
You're making a mistake if you think any of these guys care what we think about RTO.
They want you to find a job somewhere else.
They will eat him alive!
Corey will dance around all the tough questions and especially on the Stankey memo. Corey's not in his job because of skills.
