200m is a relatively small number and would point to a smaller scale layoff
Ki-l list was completed in April. Managers will find out in June. Notices go out in July.
Did any layoffs actually occur or was that just a troll?
I haven't seen any threads reporting layoffs but there have been comments that the quarterly earnings report included $200M for Q4 "restructuring." If you actually care it should be possible to verify if it's true independently.
I'm waiting for companies to better personalize the process of laying you off by your astral sign or your seasonal color. Perhaps by that time they'll have renamed it "going to a better place." Then you'll know they really cared about innovation.

There was never any way they'd announce any lr before Illuminated due to optics. In November they postponed Illuminate.
So is there an LR or not? There are conflicting updates out here. Maybe it’s org by org and no peanut butter LR?
