Hire an attorney to act as your agent, get the media all over it, then gather interested parties. Word will get around pretty quick, especially after this debacle.
There are effective ways of keeping leadership from interfering and/or retaliating.
Unionized managers are a new way of thinking, and personally I believe it's the future. If the company has any hope of attracting talent, they need to make it attractive. As it currently stands, the company under Stankey's leadership is a sinking Titanic.
There isn't an ATT manager anywhere world-wide that has the cajones to go out on strike even if they were paid to do so. They're too in love with their paychecks!
