Well actually everyone took on more responsibilities than what they were "hired" to do unless you were just recently hired, and with no extra pay. Add in the constant technical and logistics issues and I think whining is acceptable.
Let me see you do the job, shouldn't be getting paid to sit on the couch and watch the news the entire day.
