Did IBM get a few floors there and have most in city report there. I know they were working on that a year ago. Just curious if that ever happened.

Yes they did. They leased a number of floors at One Madison, pre-pandemic of course, with the intent to consolidate all NYC offices into the one place.
The pre-pandemic move-in date was somewhere around the end of 2024. I don't know if construction got pushed back at all.
One of the key reasons why I think they're being quiet about RTO, at least in NYC, is because everyone would need to go to whatever mess of a NYC office that hasn't been closed yet. Astor can only hold so many people.
Many of us expect that as soon as One Madison opens, it'll be mandatory 5 days a week RTO, to make their billion dollar boondoggle worth it.
