I quit Mondelez in April after 2 miserable years. I had earned 13 PTO days for 2023, hadn't used any. Mondelez did not pay out any of my earned PTO time. Is this even legal? What are my options and who should I call? If they try to day it's Pro-Rated, I'm going to come f___ing unglued.

If you quit you don’t get paid for PTO! PTO only is applied for current employees! You needed to take before you quit
Mondelez needs the money more than you
You didn’t earn 13 days before April
You'll get nothing.
