I was not going to waste my time at an Exit Interview. You can’t be honest anyways, so why go??

@1pjh+1mJDQWr5 Easier to say Family Reasons, or your wife doesn’t like Michigan weather.
OP, if you were really concerned about whether you are eligible for rehirem you would have done the exit interview. Your post is a pathetic attempt at validation for passively wanting to tell Ford to Fu-k Off.
Nobody cares if you quit. Move on with your life and put Ford behind you. Ford has already moved on without you.
If they didn't listen to you while you were on payroll what makes you think they'll listen to anything you say during an exit interview? Nothing you say there can be of any value to you, but may help them in some way. Simple example, "I wasn't happy about compensation below the industry standard. I was offered something 10% better and have accepted it." You've just given them a data point that competitors are willing to pay 10% more for a role/skillset and that employee's will leave for that much boost. If they don't here anyone leaving for 5% they know they can boost retention with a 5% bump vs 10%. Or on the flip side, keep rates 10% or more below to boost attrition rates without needing to pay severances.
The only exit interview I did was shaking everyone’s hand I respected goodbye before I got in my car in the parking lot. And that’s all I really needed to do, for me.
Never had an exit interview, same goes with my fellow co-workers who retired or left involuntarily. Management was just glad we were gone.
@OP. I understand your concern about "burning the bridges", but don't worry about it. It doesn't matter what you do in the exit interview, even giving them the finger. Most of the time anyway, the company is the one "burning the bridges". Unless you have a very unique skill that would force the company to rehire you, the chances of you coming back are very slim.
Forget about Ford and focus on your next job.
You will be fine. And why would you even want to come back?!?
Ford is Toxic.
Nobody cares if you pass on the exit interview.
So my exit interview would have been with an LL3? Lol I thought it would have just been with some d-mb, incoherent HR person. I don’t care if they don’t hire me back, long story, but life post Ford is wonderful.
Naw, they will just mark that they conducted the interview and send you the doc in email.
Coworkers told LL3 no need to have a chat just send doc, and he was cool with it.
