It's going to be like working at an overcrowded zoo. Prior to Covid the collaboration zone in Atlanta was slummy and filthy. Sometimes there was no place to sit down and there was definitely no place to have a confidential call if you needed to. People would book conference rooms for themselves or their small work group for the entire day. But they did have these goofy rooms with standing desks and treadmills or something. The reserved spots if you could get one were right on top of each other.

Alpharetta 300 building is updated and clean (cleaner than MT2). Lenox is nice also. At some point, groups will have to schedule days in the office.
There is plenty of room at dallas, all of the Bell Plaza buildings have space available.
You will love working in the middle of the jungle, unless you happen to leave work after 4pm, then it's just plain scary.
And you will also find riding the bus with all the hoodrats very , hmm, what is a good word....... different, than normal civilized society.......

This is a move of pure desperation by a company in deep financial trouble.
People who work at ATT don’t even want to own the stock anymore, I sell the sh-t the second it hits my portfolio, it’s trash.
They Don’t Care.
I don’t know why some are struggling so hard with that.
There are 2 possible solutions to this problem. 1) More space. 2) Fewer people. You will only need one guess to figure this out.
