We are short staffed and the management refuses to do anything about it. They expect us to pick up all the additional work with no extra pay. Some of us are standing up to them and refusing to do the extra work. It's not our fault so many chose to leave, why should we have to pick up their slack?

My philosophy these days is, "11:30 is 11:30". I don't give a fu-k about overtime. My shift says 3 to 11:30 and that's all I'm obligated to fulfill. It isn't my problem that these yambags decided to fu-k everything up back in 2019 and make 600 stores horribly inefficient. I'm not shouldering their bullsh-t anymore. I'll give them 100% for 8 hours, then I'm out the door. They don't like it, fine. Do whatever you have to do.
The cool thing is that everyone can be a slacker and not get fired.
