How long do you think it's going to be before they fill every single position that is going to be cut tomorrow, only this time somewhere in Asia? It's only a matter of time before 90 percent of Verizon employees are not American. Shameful but not unexpected in the least.

They were planning outsourcing before WFH, why else do you think Hans was hired?

Unfortunately work from home makes it easier to outsource jobs
100% everyone is getting replaced. SPC just hired more internal folks to support sites to expand headcount... obviously those heads will be replacing you if youre supporting or on the front lines. I don't like it, but that's the reality that has been building for 10 years now. It's only a matter of time till the board pulls the plug on internal. So will things get better... simple answer no for VZ, the customers, or employees. I'm sorry for those impacted, eventually we all will be one day soon.
