"lean in"...i've been to enough distinct groups to recognize when so-called leaders repetitively use this, they know nothing about their business line or group but instead think this jargon fires up the troops and gives them credibility.

I bet she regrets leaving B of A to come here.
I was there in person. The patching segment was boring and went on waaaaay to loooong. If you are in IT and don’t know what patching is then I can’t help you. Plus the room started getting hot.
But the best part of the in person experience was when we left we had to walk by tables full of food and drinks. And in front of these tables were people saying goodbye and making it clear that the food was not for us. If we didn’t get the point there were also signs making it clear it was not for us. The funny thing is I wasn’t even insulted. Yippee yipeee yay! Employees are the best! Get your filthy hands off that bag of chips! Charlie needs another million!
All leaders on the dais should cease hosting town halls, shows, and lip intelligence. Instead, they should regularly update their CVs/resumes to highlight their contributions, accomplishments, acquired skills, successful resolution of any company compliance issues, new technologies innovations, added value/business to company and how are they leading us from front in the team communication.
Nice to see her carrying on the banner of yesterday’s technology tomorrow! Patching? Seriously? 2010 called and wants its marquee topic back.
Jason, you got beat by a diversity hire. Su---r.
Friends don't let friends attend town halls. Your heart and blood pressure will thank you. Just ignore these clowns. In a year or two they will be gone anyway.
Not my monkeys, not my circus, but what a F'n circus WF has become.
Y’all still attend town halls?
Maybe I should start again just to play along here.
I foresee a bit of turnover at her direct and direct+1 level over the next six months. She is quite the change from Saul.
I loved the sister act related to patching. Wonder who's idea that was? Stupid if you ask me. Maybe this demonstrates Tracy's lack of tech understanding with having that.
Poor, poor Jason Strle had to sit way, way down on the end. I bet he's pi---d he didn't get Saul's job.
Are these more of chuckles freaky minion hires????? OMG. What freaks! This place is a 3 ring circus
Duh. That motorcycle mama needs to find a different gig. She must be doing Charlie
How many times did she reference "Lean In"... where are the real expectations... I think this new team hasn't had enough time to lay a real road map so we just witnessed a lot of filler
Hey, there's the tattoo lady. OMG.
What words of wisdom from Jason. I love his intelligence! Duh!?!
This is really hitting me as a freak show.
Would be nice if the audio worked
so annoying to listen to her
@iaz When has a WF town hall ever not been an executive infomercial?
I'm getting the 'Ditz' vib from Tracy...
So the head of cyber hygiene decides to talk about patches of all things? Poor choice of topic to talk about
Is this some kind of infomercial?
Complete waste of time talking about patching. Seems like they think we're rally stupid.
Frenetic.
Do we really not understanding patching? This is just a stupid waste of time. Please ki-l me.
She really doesn't know tech, but that doesn't matter anymore. I would recommend not eating 2 hours prior to the meeting start.
She definitely gives off nervous energy. Not polished. All over the place. Would think at that level you’d get someone who steps in day 1 as polished and confident leader. But then again Shart and baby face CEO are not polished either.
so we traded in coffee for benzos.
So many words to say nothing worthwhile.
This is boring.
She talks fast
She has "other" skills.
sounds like reading from a script, does she even technology?
