I do not get it. I never give a 5 for anything except for my Supervisor. I come to work, do my work. Not involved in group jabber conversations unless they are work related. Verizon has great benefits and great pay. I owe them nothing but the 40 hours a week I put in. They owe me nothing but my paycheck and benefits. If you are unhappy where you work leave. But to cry about being laid off is sad. One thing I was told is that no job is secure. There are companies that lay you off and give you nothing. Be grateful for what you have today as it may be gone tomorrow.

Honestly F* HR!!! F the HR thats in-charge under Shankar (GNT) that b* does not know what she is doing.. always answers by “we are working on some tools to help yall” or “hiring more contractors” the f* does it look like? I dont need either give me good salary that matches my skillset and small team of employees instead of contractor who leaves after 8-9 months have to train someone new!!!!! So pulse survey wont affect anyone but the manager… i dont have any complains all the way to my SVP but go up all complains all the way to Hans!!

My manager has a fit and tries to single people out when they enter anything less than positive on the pulse surveys. Told HR about it and they didn't care.
