I can't imagine the Indian contact centers being able to handle all of Tier 1. Between rampant in--------e with camels and scamming old people, their plate seems full as is.
The leadership of this company right now is on part with the incompetence leading our country. How do people this clueless ever get into these positions of power and authority? Han has destroyed our company with his stupid and incompetent decisions. He has purged everyone from leadership positions that he inherited that knew what they were doing and we're now left with a bunch of woke mo--ns like Wendy Tacetta and Monica Hammond running the company into the ground.
Seems like care is going to India. Honestly, the Indian care reps are next level incompetent. All they do is parrot a bunch of pointless pleasantries with bad grammar and spelling. They don't actually help the customer at all and just muddy up their issue even more before blind transferring to "tHe CoNcErNeD tEaM "
They're all stupid and incompetent. I always imagine them flinging their cr-p around in a festive manner in their overcrowded contact centers.

Heard of several people in VBG HQ are affected. Notifications have started to go out. Also heard of a massive reorg in VCG. No details yet. Congrats to those who wanted to leave; and my sympathies to those who were negatively affected and didn’t want to go. I don’t understand why they didn’t make this voluntary.
