What are your thoughts about the new VCG org. structure and leaders?

The change is inevitable, or else insanity - keep doing the same thing and expect different results. That said, Not sure what Chief Sales Officer is accountable for, and how the accountabilities differ from that of Chief Revenue Officer. Distributing the decision making to more local markets makes sense - faster decisions could be made. Not sure about Che’s promotion either, his scope was cut significantly 2 years ago, perhaps a testament to his overall organizational skills as a senior leader?

"respect and dignity" Seemed like a robot up there. None of this make sense. The senior leaders laughed for years about TMobile while they kicked our a-s. Verizon's network has fallen significantly. That's the real blame here. It's hard to sell a sh---y network at "premium" prices.
