the 3 choices are
customer experience aka customer care
loyalty aka crt/ert/escalations
technology aka tech
they got rid of the entire t1 pact to be replaced with vendor reps.

Lol this just means t2 will have more work. I’ve spoken with many t1 pact reps and they don’t even know what a pending order is. Honestly I’m just going to make tier 1 do their jobs. No longer am I holding anyones hand.
That is a U.S. problem. Would it not be nice if all consumers united and called in to disco their lines. Just for a week. Get U.S. employees or we do not come back. So nice to dream.
