I “hear” a large majority of customer service will be laid of regardless of reapplying for positions since overseas hiring. There will be a small scale of US employees retained for the “3” categories.

There’s a training team? How TF are they still employed? I talk to the people they’re “training” on a daily basis who consistently make things worse until they hang up on me when they’ve finally given up. I honestly am starting to feel bad for the people on the other end, it’s not their fault they don’t have the resources to do their job, the biggest one being proper training. Sad on both ends

It will be by performance…those who have been striving for strong performance and those who aren’t being outperformed by outsourced workers will stay.

Did employees not know that for the past 4 years there has been a training team traveling the world to ramp up these centers? They are set up all over. It was really just a matter of time.
