D&I Job Requirements

Is narcissism a prerequisite for working on the D&I team in HR? D&I "leaders" sharing with the world all THEY do at parties and social functions. No thanks to the actual associates who are working on the events and driving the initiatives. Only thing I see is highlighting their own achievements and power (and kissing the ar-e of their leaders). Prime example why there is doubt in society in D&I positions. Sad.

Every day getting hammered about D&I, equity, bring your whole self to work, volunteering, team building events both onsite and offsite, etc. yiu nane it we get hammered everyday.
Can we just log in, do our job and log off? That’s why most of us are here. The rest of this extra stuff is for the people that do it only for their self and don’t do the job they are paid to do 90% of the time.
This place has changed and not for the better.

This super left-leaning liberal is totally fed up with D&I as well. All the "heritage" days (in a country that is founded on being a "melting pot") is really now over the top. So many incompetent "leaders" and managers promoted just b/c they fit some non-white demographic has become meaningless and absurd.

Narcissism, on the other hand, is not limited just to D&I. Just look at BTM's DRs!

THAT's where the narcissism starts. Unfortunately, looks like it works here. Maybe we should all become narcissists to get ahead!

So tired of hearing about D&I. It’s fake and it’s discrimination.
If you are REALLY trying to be inclusive and care about D&I there are more groups that should be added. But the Bank won’t do that.
