The current Verizon CEO should stop accepting his salary and only be paid US $1/annum. Base the current CEO's remaining total compensation on stock options at varying predetermined "higher and not lower" share prices. This is a no brainer. With dignity, the CEO, himself, and the rumored heir apparent, both, should make this honorarily gesture without being forced by the Board of Directors.

Alot of people here ridicule HV for what he’s done here at VZ. However, we don’t know why he was brought here and what direction he was given for the final vision of what remains. Maybe he was brought in to streamline departments, consolidate, reduce headcount. None of us will ever truly know. It’s become a different place and the culture has undoubtedly changed. Buy maybe he was brought here with a specific agenda
Where is hanses Performance improvement plan ? For all others it's usually 3 months what's going on here ?
