Plus, the Indian are in managent role would not allow Verizon to outsource to Pakistan. Seen Indian managers /Directors in US rif the one Pakistan guy on the team.

When the Manila folks were working from home we would hear roosters in the background. On a call with my order manager from India and my customer we heard twinkle , twinkle little star in the background- his wife was putting his twins to bed.
That comment about obscure buildings is facts. However, sometimes they do put them in plain site. Was on GTS call a few months back and guy in dingy tanktop forgot to turn off his camera and it showed him sitting on the floor touching and cutting his toe nails for 20 mens. Someone must have told him to turn off his camera finally. His background did not look like Irving TX.
And it is not funny how the H1B laws have been abused in the company over the past 5-7 years. Everyone knows about job postings being hidden in obscure buildings. Everyone knows of work being outsourced that did not need to, or additional peeps from a particular region hired when not needed.
There has been absolute abuse that had turned into an abject takeover by a crew that does not have the chops of their predecessors. See the stock price for proof.
