Do you know if we get a credit if we swipe in/login during weekends?

Sat = Swipe for previous week; Sun = Swipe for following week. Person on my team tested this and saw the results on the management report.
Charlotte is the worst. The employees left are bottom feeders that are d-mb as can be
weekends count. period. It's not gaming anything IF you legit need to come in on the weekend for some reason relative to your responsibilities.
Now, as a manager - if I saw on the attendance report someone was coming in on weekends with any regularity I would have a conversation with them about why, since I don't oversee an area that would have any reason for someone to be in office on a weekend.
but I have heard people ask about it. some people do work on weekends and - believe it or not - prefer to get out of their home for some reason...
Please stop gaming the system or at least stop broadcasting it. This is what makes them clamp down even more for the people that are following the rules. Just do your job and stay under the radar. It's like a bank robber spilling his secrets.
No. You have to work your work days and hours
@eux - what is the purpose that this is defeating? Many are going into offices where they don't know anyone and no one on their team or their extended team is there. They don't interact with anyone when they're there. How is that different than going into an empty office on the weekend? The net outcome is the same. You come in, don't talk to anyone, do your work and go home.
I know leadership wants everyone to believe that all kinds of collaboration is happening, but it's not. People come in, find a cube and put their earbuds in. When they're done for the day they pack up their belongings and leave - without really having talked to anyone. (Except of course talking to their team members via conference calls.)
It's pretty sad and actually soul crushing to see so many unhappy people in one location.
Heck no don’t waste any extra time in this cr-p hole. They won’t pay nor care I would rather get tied to a street pole and beat with a club than doing anything extra for WFA in St. Louis with all the loser incompetent management folks

Determining “Credit” would lay solely in the hands of your manager. The algorithms and security logs don’t care about days of the week insofar as if you’re permitted to work that day or not. The swipe is logged, done.
Then it’s up to your manager if they decide to actually look at the days of the week on the report or review only the compliance average calculation.
IMHO IF you are a performer your manager will not look at the actual days IF your average is in compliance. So don’t fall below compliance and give them a reason to look.
yes it counts. and it will also show on the day-by-day report that you badged in on a weekend
Yes, I've been doing it for a few months and I haven't been told not to or that it doesn't count.
