OneFiber really died at the end of 2018 and the ushering in of Hans and move from 1Fiber to 5G.

5G Never had a chance once Hans got his hands on the company. And that will cost this company for decades.

Hire only the US Citizens. Remove all non-citizens from the company. Fix One Fiber teams and clean up the mess. Don’t want to see this messy headlines again https://www.fiercetelecom.com/telecom/whats-going-verizons-one-fiber-project

"Fiber is not new" is the reason that the stock price is down. Whoever hired this guy and his boss and their boss should be fired. It really is time to start hiring people who want to be in a successful telecom business and not some woke hucksters and telecom tech illiterates.

Get rid of all of the H1Bs, consultants, and foreign hucksters promoted to management positions that they are unqualified for. Outsource all of the legal so there are no more chances of Silly-backslapping/backstabbing lawyers pretending to be telecom peeps so that they can feel important.

Focus on meeting the customer's needs, not the World Economic Forum's or the UN's. Globalism, European, South Asian, and East Asian noncitizen employees have taken this company to the cleaners. Economically, structurally and culturally.

The United States of America was founded as a RESPITE and escape from these people and their warped anti-individualist thinking. The last four years have been a nonstop destruction of this company from the inside.

Employees get RIF because of bad 5G or Fiber leadership? Those leaders need an exit door not employees

Verizon went in too deep with Mmw 5G. It gave T and TMO valuable time to catch up before they made the pivot to C-band. Now they’re consistently trailing behind. With the the capex reductions they’re promising shareholders over the next few years I’m not sure what Vz’s plan is. Took the package in 2018 so no longer a “me” problem. Good luck all!!!

Folks, Fiber isn’t new. Fibers have been out there for decades. No new technology here. It is simply matter of digging and putting cables out there and anybody can do that labor job. Even your home electrician can do that job. You don’t build companies to do it.

No surprise when One Fiber was mismanaged at all levels. Teams executed on goals and objectives that were not beneficial and now they struggle to find out what went wrong

One Fiber is a mess. They outsourced everything to other carriers, helped them make money, helped us increase the costs and debts, and then show some fake numbers on 5G. It is a complete mess. Both one fiber and 5G are mess

Dont blame it on 5G. Gimme a break. 5G as planned and executed by VZ is a total capital burn and a weakening of the network. T-Mobile has the best version of 5G. Big surprise there. And One Fiber is another scampath incomplete.

One Fiber governance team’s fault. They are one of the worst followers of blindly doing what their boss tells them. And their bosses have no expertise of their own. Don’t blame it on 5G.

Im not surprised that scampath and hr want to bury this one because this will be a great harvard business case to study. How to wreck the number 1 domestic telecom company while really trying.

One Fiber got shanghaied by 5G which stole all of its capital, manpower, and executive time. So rather than continuing to build out the network on the cheap when the company had the chance, they essentially dumped the group into Left Field and focused all attention on fantasy 5G.

The big irony of course is the senior execs once again missed the mark by a mile. Well, one of them caught on to the problem that One Fiber could fix, but then was moved somewhere else. That is negative margin circuits. Part of the cash flow from One Fiber was to move more and more of our own traffic back onto Verizon circuits while picking up additional out-of-footprint business along the way.

So now the company continues to bleed cash flow to other telecoms on its underpriced services while paying others to use their circuits, and the company's non-technical CEO and Board of Directors are off on a 5G fantasy that most Americans are really not interested in. Who is interested though is the government, as 5G improves control and surveillance.

Add to that picking up all of these pre-paid wireless customers and MVNO agreements and providing them better rates and better customer services than to our own customers is why the stock is cratering and the entire C-Suite and Board have to go.

I can't wait for the lawsuits, because this is malpractice. This cannot be by accident.
