AT&T is more worried about how many times my vehicle goes into reverse on a daily basis than they are about customers. We have a Uverse failure with over 50 customers affected that are now going on 3 months without service. 2 techs could fix it in 1 day. But Maintenance and Construction managers would rather point fingers and lay blame than get the dang thing straightened out. My manager won’t let us touch it, but he reminds me daily of harsh braking and reverse gear engagements. AT&T doesn’t even pretend to care about customer service unless we get a negative response on a survey. The numbers game has ki-led customer service.

If they would go back to letting the COR stores take care of customers like we use to could, you would see alot happier customers! As of now everything is *243 or callin over seas!

Still an employee (for now) but haven't been a customer for over 14 years for similar reasons. They are just plain incompetent when it comes to customer service. Yes, the top brass praises customer satisfaction, but they are so out of touch to reality, it's just a cliche line for the press and town halls.

  • I would add customer facing web sites after a few minutes looking around the customers will just move on to another carrier

So true. They even managed to lose so many former employees and retirees who were supposed to be their strong loyal base, myself included.
