An all manager call is scheduled on 6/6 for Service Delivery / Exa Whitman VP. Confused as to why international employees on this invite. Isn’t How and Where We Work to lose US employees only?

A craft group got an email notifying of a meeting. The email included employees who've died, retired, or moved on to another workgroup.
They’re inviting international employees so you can meet and train your replacements
You can apply for wire tech/prem tech. It pays more.
Inclusion? Or laziness since exclusion of non impacted international team members would require a new email list. Then again they probably figured with a TZ difference they won’t join anyway.
From what I heard today Service Delivery is being contracted out and customers will be charged for it. I am not an expert on the department but others in my group were complaining about how its changing.

OP here. Legitimate question: Why are international employees included on this call? How and Where We Work is impacting managers in the US only. Seems a little strange they would be included.
