Thanks for the summer off, especially being let go in NJ. 90 notice, takes me to the end of August, plus my 4 weeks of unused vacation time, prorated bonus and of course the severance. Already lined up my next job, and most were right on this board...There are opportunities out there and they pay better. EAD big red

Be careful about using vacation make sure u accrued it cuz any vacation taken that u haven’t accrued by ur off boarding date will be deducted from your severance.

NJ has a different number of notification days rule than other states.

Remaining on payroll, number of days, 90 days or 30 days, -- needs to coincide with the end of the 2nd quarter, June 30, 2023???
