I didn't land at another healthcare company, but at 1 of the vendors that Ascension worked with. Smaller, more agile company with better salary, better learning opportunities, and more chances for upward growth. And NO chance of the BS foreign outsourcing and dip-S executive idiocy.
At another health system. One that is 10000 better to work at. Maybe not more opportunities, but the environment is so much better, there's no comparison.
Where did you land? I am under the impression that the grass is brown all over. I could use a bit of hope...
