Depends on whose bu-t you have kissed or what smoke and mirrors you have pulled and whose work you took credit for. But mostly , who you have pictures of, because it aint brains or experience that gets you there.
Managing Dir. here, hard to get MD, but Dir. (or SVP) not too hard, VP and AVP are a joke.

SVP is nothing here. Stupid banking titles. I am not even sure why they even dole them out to anyone who is not customer facing. Even then the banking titles don't mean anything.
