Let’ be real. Does anyone believe the Credo? Does anyone believe the speeches telling us we are awesome, elite teams, their bread and butter. Just like the U.S. brans us with a Social Security number, Verizon brands us with our employee ID. We are nothing but a number to them. They will lay us off at the drop of a dime. Fool me once. Time to work all the overtime I can, pay off bills, send more money towards the principal of my house. Next rif, I will take severance. The stress we were put through is sickening.

What I would love to see is the supposed DEI C-Suite actually working incognito for a week in an inner city garage in Boston, NY, and Philly. Only then will they get an understanding that the only people pushing racism, bigotry, and division exist in Building 4, NY Executive offices and the Board Room. They need to really see who actually works in this company and who their customers actually are, and why. Then they will know that moving anything offshore is anti-American, bigoted, and racist.
