Thread regarding Verizon Communications Inc. layoffs

We got cake today in Basking Ridge for doing a good job

As a thank you for all of our hard work, we were called superheroes and given cake.... I love Verizon! Nothing shows appreciation more than cake.... (Sarcasm if you hadn't caught on)

Maybe Jane C and her crony Matt J should be RIF'd. Nothing but a pain since they've joined.

Morale is at a rock bottom and worse, but those leaders you speak of don't care and are the cause (if it brings them promotions, what do they care)? We're just told we should just "lean in"! Hang in there, everyone!

@1vqn+1mTrqleU amen to that. Just know that she aspires to go elsewhere, so one can only hope that happens sooner rather than later. However, her replacement will probably be just as bad. Now when you figure out that product/platform thing, please let me know because I can't find a soul in that org (including directors) who has a clue.

Hans is connected to Blackrock now so he has protection and the Board seems clueless and worthless . The stock could go to $1 and Hans would still keep his job.

Hans job was to deAmericanize Verizon and make its products and services equal to all prepaid plans. This is called equity.

Congress really needs to investigate how this company was taken over by foreigners who have provided the governments with metadata and other 4th Amendment breeches.

Hans and his hommies and Verizon are becoming a threat to national security. Remember during COVID the company tracked the movements of subscribers to see who was really 'sheltering in place' and who was not.

5G is for the WEF and Big Brother. This is why Hans does not care about the stock price, customers or employees. They are all expendable for 'the greater good'

Verizon must be doing bad because the cake they got feeds more per a $ than pizza would.

“Pain” is an understatement. Jane and Matt J have completely destroyed CSG - great talent left in droves once they took over.

Let’ be real. Does anyone believe the Credo? Does anyone believe the speeches telling us we are awesome, elite teams, their bread and butter. Just like the U.S. brans us with a Social Security number, Verizon brands us with our employee ID. We are nothing but a number to them. They will lay us off at the drop of a dime. Fool me once. Time to work all the overtime I can, pay off bills, send more money towards the principal of my house. Next rif, I will take severance. The stress we were put through is sickening.

Matt & Jane??? There are Americans left in VZs executive/upper management? In all seriousness, the Union needs to step up to the plate and help take this company back from the foreign takeover.

Was there any thought to inclusion with this gesture? Was there a sugar free, gluten free or vegan option? Just curious….

Verizon destroyed the word and its meaning.

What I would love to see is the supposed DEI C-Suite actually working incognito for a week in an inner city garage in Boston, NY, and Philly. Only then will they get an understanding that the only people pushing racism, bigotry, and division exist in Building 4, NY Executive offices and the Board Room. These are the most privileged bigoted people in this nation.

They need to really see who actually works in this company and who their customers actually are, and why. Then they will know that moving anything offshore is anti-American, bigoted, and racist.

Think about it, the ONLY people who keep pushing segregation and division are the DEI execs. I wonder if Hans got to spend a night in one of the BLM mansions that he helped pay for with shareholder money? I wonder if any of the moaks in Building 4 ever say thanks to the cops who protect them, but whose attackers they fund. You know not a dime went to any of those families who survived sh oo tings in Chicago.

Verizon is Sooooper Bigoted And can you even get more white than Hans?

Rifs and spiffs at the same time... I get the out of sight and therefore out of mind, but I guess the unspoken nightmare of corporate life is the looming feeling of rifs before they happen and the sadness and relief after youre not cut. So yeah, thanks for the cake, not.
