I hate my title because it negatively impacts ability to go outside the firm.
Like what the fu-k is a business execution consultant.
Did they give me such a horrible title so I could stay unemployable by outside?
Any tips on how to leave the firm

just call yourself Head of … thats what everyone does on linkedin
Open a chatGPT account. Give it your job description or your description of a job. Have it make up the title. In fact, I suggest you have chatGPT create the resume for all the folks here that have been laid off. Also when applying have chatGPT make the intro letter. Plenty of sites on the internet that shows how to do this.
Note Nvidia’s CEO just gave a graduation speech about the future of work and said that A.I. won’t steal jobs but ‘someone who’s an expert with A.I. will’ Time to start doing this now -- everyone in India apparently is.
Describe exactly what you do that is of any value. Be honest. Then I’ll reply with the appropriate title…assuming you do anything at all. Now —-GO!
Lmao I love the honesty here 😂 we’re all thinking it any time a lead business execution consultant emails us 😂
Just call yourself whatever the fu&k you want to be. Employers know Wells Fargo is corrupt and expect nothing more or less from employees
Give yourself the title that matches the actual responsibilities, other employers will understand the context during job interviews.
Just clearly describe your job responsibilities under the title and you should be fine - unless your resume is being scanned by a computer. Then make sure you put the title of the job you are applying for before your actual title. All that matters is that it gets past the machine
Lie about your title and responsibilities. I've seen countless former India-based coworkers who do just that on LinkedIn.
Just make up a title then or adjust it to sound better to the outside. Other companies do t really know anyway. You need to figure out how to sell yourself.
If you are content to call this place a 'firm' than you should be more than okay with that title.
Just call yourself a Business Analyst
