Regional vs Market

Hello Retired back in 2018.

Was wondering if this Return to Office (RTO) and major City Hub philosophy/mandate is impacting both Regional level and Market level management employees?

Cannot imagine Market Level employees expected to relocate to a major hub location.

Serious feedback only please.

I’m local market and not located in a hub. I’m told I am staying in my market but most likely will have to switch buildings I go too.

Those that support a VPGM market and are customer facing are not impacted by RTO. Only those that support corporate functionalities i.e. Finance, HR, Marketing. My group supports a Market and we have been coming into the office twice a week for about 18 months now. The only change with RTO for us, we add an extra day (3-5 days per week per the policy letter).

Non-national will only be affected by RTO.

If your role is customer facing you’re not impacted by Hub relocating
