This division is doing so well. Tracfone has managed to lose so many customers while visible can't complete number ports and loses numbers .

I know how d-mb is that?!? We used to be the premier network. Now everyone including MVNOs are using our network except offering much better customer service and charging less.
Definitely, all of the prepaid fools need to not only be fired, but have all of their bonuses clawed back and be booted from all VZ premises.
That is why everything that has happened under Hans and at the end of Lowell seemed designed to foment division and destroy cash flows and profits. This company's executives need to be investigated. This does not look like an accident, but rather with malicious intent.
Who would think having about a dozen different prepaid brands would be problematic?

Visible, the digital only brand that can't seem to provide a seamless customer experience. "We strive to be the most loved digital brand!" but all customers do is say the app sucks and doesn't work.
And let's not forget to mention all the partnerships with LGBTQ, if Visible was popular 50% of the nation would boycott. Great marketing plan

The turnover is high and margins are slim. They prolly lose money but it was a way to inflate subscriber numbers
