Alternating weekends will be in play to accommodate everyone having somewhere to sit because right now all HUBs do not have adequate space or facilities to handle the influx of employees coming into the office. Someone didn't check the fire codes early on and that was a major problem. Sticky bathroom floors, dirt, dust, rats, fingernail clippings, dander was not an issue but the fire code was. Is this how they tried to acquire TMobile?

They will charge to charge your woke electric vehicle in addition to parking fees.
I don’t know about Dallas but you always had to pay monthly in the company garage in St. Louis. It was cheap compared to the non company lots but not free.

maybe fake, but fire code and parking are real. I expect T to start charging for parking or sell off the parking lot and let that company handle the complaints.
