Let’s take a poll -
Who is getting fired next ?
Another NorCal/SoCal seller ? Manager ? Or AVP -Giovanni - gangaster of the company.
Did these investigations only happened in norcal and SoCal?

The real problem here is the counterproductive sales mojo this company transitioned to having Platinum SEs (Laziest people on earth) snake opportunities that real and passionate sellers are involved in, JVB set this org up for failure and nothing else - Unfortunately some sellers are stuck in cross fire and are more being in the scope of pending termination because of this - It’s a shame that it’s getting to this point now, I promise you if Platinum sellers were all held accountable for direct production you will see true colors, they’re being paid role up compensation for doing jack ****. Nothing but an entitled group they are….

This has all been going on for years on end. Fraud in mobility is so widespread that they would have to term almost everyone and start completely over.

Otherwise they would inevitably miss some of the bad apples and the cancer would just spread again.

Seems like they got a few on the west coast.

What happened to reed-sillers teams?

“It's funny and sad to see so many people bash segments like BAT due to "dirty" sales”

There is nothing funny about systemic fraud. This is cultural and sales managers are complicit by turning there head for the sake of quota….simple as that.

It's funny and sad to see so many people bash segments like BAT due to "dirty" sales and completely ignore the real issue going on with this company right now.
The real issue is that the company put themselves in a hole over years of bad investments (horrible investments at that) and written checks that now can't be cashed so to speak. As a result they've essentially resorted to guerrilla warfare tactics in order to for people to quit or fire through AP investigations to avoid severance. All in order to meet their absurd free cash flow forecasts and look like they are actually doing something.

If you want to talk about dirty sales then also talk about Platinum (both wireline and mobility) consisting of a large number of lazy "executives" who would work 10 hours a week and hand off everything to SP's and BAT. And how about how they would go and SIP previous sales with different order numbers over and over again!? Fiber taking VAS credit for products they weren't supposed to get credit for and also submitting a ton of ABFs that canceled over and over again. And yes BAT doing the age old flips and false churn.

Most of the people who have been fired by AP did in fact commit COBC violations, whether they were led to do so by leaders or not. But there are plenty of investigations where it was obvious there was no true wrong doing but unfortunately we are guilty until proven innocent here now. Chepenik wasn't dirty himself, but dirty things did happen under his watch... just like every AVP/director. Nobody likes bringing up how last year NorCal lost half of their sales reps in BAT (somehow the dirtiest SM has somehow managed to avoid being termed which is crazy). Most of the things mentioned in the JT Telecom email were things that happened nationwide for years (McAfee anyone?), they weren't things Chepenik did it was a nationwide culture thing which is one of the things that brought us to this point. Oh by the way don't take things too serious from a retailtory email sent out by a dirty ex-employee (cough Nigel cough) who was committing fraud left and right for years (used to SIP like 6 switched ethernets each month off the non-SIPd sales report and IOS).

There's dirt all over this place but people are focusing on these trivial and retaliatory issues and taking eyes off the real problem, which is that the company is robbing it's sales people right now by creating unachievable goals, changing rules/processes monthly and creating the ultimate hostile work environments. Let's focus on this issue! Instead of threatening to "go to the media" against an AVP who was gaslit by a fraudster, how about people go to the media about what the company is doing to it's employees right now and let's see some lawsuits filed. Focus on the real issues and quit being sheep who are doing exactly what JVB wants which is taking the focus off of her guerrilla tactics.

“ Also, Existing Data only devices on our network get disconnected and new numbers are given. Management knows exactly what goes on…”

I concur on this. I knows it’s been happening for at least 13 years. No one cares cause everyone in the organization is getting rich off the commissions.

I'll add the BAT teams/org to this list, if leadership really wants to save money compliance just needs to spend 30 days cross sampling the activity and the way BAT writes "business" for BAT false churn is SOAP. BAT could be eliminated and there would be no loss of productivity and the dollars saved by not paying for fake new activations could help keep the lights on.

The anonymous e-mails only work if you CC everyone. Come on everyone put your AVP’s and VP’s on blast for the way they run their orgs. Here fiber sellers…. I know some of you are disgruntled with quotas and fake sips.

Please don't tell me there is yet more fraud in mobility sales. Oh wait! If AT&T was serious, AT&T could tidy up and remove everyone from the EVP down to a RSA and sell cell phones online. The stock would go to $25 overnight.

There was an anonymous email sent a few months back to all the leaders in the business org, managers, and AP like 200+ people copied and basically talking about randy chepeniks shady sales guidelines. Sparked an investigation and his departure from the company was announced today as well as another email that was sent shortly after reminding business leaders to lead with integrity and how to report cobc violations

All Mobility AVP’s most go on the West. They created and were complacent in fraudulent activities. Barbin’s legacy crew was the worst.
