I have a dotted line relationship to a Lead Business Execution Consultant and he’s such a massive pr--k.
Anyone else feel that BECs are very entitled and obnoxious?

There's somebody posting on here about walkouts and apparently they are on a business execution consultant team. The audits they do on people's work is being pushed back and they apparently are backed up.... but they wanna walk out and do the bare minimum. So yes, they got issues. I dont like these guys at all.

BECs are very very senior people. They go up to level 6 and sometimes even 8 from Charlie. Charlie is 1 on the hierarchy and therefore the lowest ranked entity. So if you report to a BEC, you are senior to them. Go show who is the real boss. Execution is the norm for eduction consultant
They have no reason to be entitled. They don't do anything, at least nothing unique. They just take other people's work, rearrange a few things, and send it out as a PowerPoint.
In previous decades, the same job was called 'secretary'.
BECs are warm bodies that exist so that their manager has people reporting to them.
