Anyone else sitting on these calls about your process being more automated only to hear random teams talk as if they know your process, know the business related to it and talk as if they’re taking your process completely? I don’t even get asked about my own process on these waste of time calls

Is Lighthouse now the Catalyst for Commercial Organic Growth?
It is worse than that now. Now, they are acquiring castoffs, retreads, failures and rejects from other organizations who get put in charge of hardworking people and yet tell them they are blind cave dwellers who dont think and work smart. Then, they join conference calls and just make noise and never bother to listen to the people in the trenches and learn exactly what they do. Even worse, they order their suffering staff to chase windmills and shiny objects with no chance of success. This disrespect is POISON to any team or relationship. Toxic culture? you betcha.
