Double confirmation. Me and my cohort who made last post have been thru every layoff and yet here we are. It’s like we are the “faves” Good knowing those who will be laid off but you will be fine. More money for us.
Confirmed HR layoff “war room” has been setup. Same place as before…. Be weary.
Getting the same vibes. My supervisor has been treating me weird. No eye contact lately. Has declined all of my meetings as well. Also said there are some new expense report policies only applicable to our group. $35 per diem when traveling for all 3 meals. No alcohol allowed, either. $100 per night hotel maximum. Are we tightening up our financial discipline? Does this mean layoffs are near? Say it ain’t so. I’ve been lucky enough to be employed here for 2 years. Never been through a layoff. Scary times.

The million dollar question: Will Bill Way be laid off? His performance visa vi with his “peers” is indescribably terrible. He is also childish and perhaps a little light in the loafers. No? Amirite?
