What, you don't want to work only 15 minutes a day for four days instead of 15 minutes a day for five days? Just think of how much other stuff you could get done with that extra 15 min per week back.

Really not shocked about this. They drew out a decision for way longer than was needed.
Working in Sales, I heard repeatedly the 4-day work week would never work. Besides, the company is too large and global to make it work. I had hope but wasn't holding my breath to see it come to fruition.
ELT doesn’t lead on anything. They just waited until other companies made their decisions.
