Each time they promote Up to Speed, I hope that it will provide some meaningful information. Instead, it is continually as unfulfilling as our stock price over the last decade. Save some money by ceasing this senseless corporate communication.

I just cannot understand why the BOD keeps Hans. The price of the stock is where it was a decade ago. So much for shareholder value.
As a management employee - I haven't watch and Up To Speed in a few years. I wish I could unsubscribe.
Leader is a term so frequently used yet many still don't understand what that means.
Wow y u guys doing Andy's candies like that u know he has hanses ear
ONLY MANAGEMENT WATCHES UP TO SPEED UNION CRAFT DOES NOT UNLESS WE GET SPECIFIC TIME TO DO SO. SO THERES YOUR 1 SIDED SHOW. ASK AROUND ANY UNION PERSON HOW WAS UP TO SPEED LOL NOBODY CARES OR WATCHES.
@jvn+1mZ4nB6e Lol I thought pulse was suppose to be anonymous. Is your manager an id--t. I would have raised a big stink about integrity and threaten to go public. Fu-k’em.
I have to watch up to soeed because my manager doesn’t tell us anything about changes and sometimes they are buried in up to speed. Plus I can usually take a break and eat breakfast while I have a laugh about their corporate propaganda which is better than most anything r/facepalm has to offer.
UTS with Randy Andy documents the downward spiral of the company. It's shared on YouTube and twitter for all the shareholders to watch in horror as their investments go south like target and bud weiser.
If you all hate them so much, why do you watch them? I have better things to do than listen to that drivel. Maybe if the viewership stopped, they would cease producing them.
Offensive, annoying, waste of money and time
Long ago when up to speed was an email with a few bullets of what was going on then a link to more info it was useful. Now it is a long video most if which say nothing but a select few mostly say nothing and have some key information that isn’t communicated otherwise.
Agree. It was watchable when Jeremy was host. Jeremy and others came to Ashburn on a couple of occasions to ask how UTS could be improved. No longer any good.
Sam actually put her/his/its hands on me one time. Frigid, to say the least.
Absolutely nothing of any significant value came out of today's UTS. Wasted half hour that could be a 5 minute email. All those so-called leaders had smiles on their faces... enjoy the Ridge food while the rest of us listen to your blah blah blah and do the real work.
What's most offensive about these Up To Speed calls is none of them have the ba--s to talk about the RIFs and what that does to the vaunted 'culture' they seem to think exists. Do they think if they don't discuss it, then nobody knows about it? The only reason these pulse surveys look so good is that management hounds us to death if it's anything is lower than what they want to see. The last time I was honest on my survey, my director contacted me directly to discuss. F that. I gave up being honest and started putting 5's for everything. The whole 'the beatings will continue until morale approves' mindset
300 verizon leaders in the room and no one can tell King Hans he can't lead effectively. Sad.
Oh god, it was always horrid. But at least Jeremy was watchable and in the days of Covid, it had value. Not so much with this current clown. He’s unwatchable, mugging for the camera, sucking up to the leadership team. Just pathetic that the company lays off people who actually add value and keep him on. SMH
Amen.
