It's really disappointing how this company doesn't value its employees at all. They take us for granted and don't treat us well. We get no support and no assistance. No wonder we're all stressed out and completely drained. Even if we're loyal and put in so much hard work, the rewards are just minuscule, if we even get any. It's disheartening.
