The only thing they will call is 3/2 WFH. Lots of rumblings if 4 days minimum starting after Labor Day in brokerage. Specific phases in dates for different departments. & to be clear I’m a big wfh proponent but reality is we are disposable assets.
I’ve been wearing jeans and a pullover type shirt since January. I won’t be going to the dry cleaners any more to get my shirts pressed. That boat sailed long ago.
"4 days a week IS right around the corner, unfortunately."
It's funny how that could be the cold, hard, facts, and it'd get downvoted here. That being said, I don't think there's enough room in the hub campuses for everyone to come in 4 days a week.
Don't come in as a protest, I respect that, but don't be surprised if it hits your midyear.
FRTO and F Hudson Yards. Their inefficient scheme will fail, and we will be victorious in the Great RTO War. Hold the line, friends. Resistance is not futile.
FRTO June 1st came and went and n one in Charlotte hub is coming in the office including the managers. So F that. I am home working in my birthday suit!
4 days a week IS right around the corner, unfortunately.
Just wait until they push for 4 days
Soulless boomers*
Aging but still have time to turn it around for the rest of us with futures, boomers**
This is too much you guys like why are we even here?
I wasn’t aware of a dress code. I’m usually in shorts and a clean tee
I am going to start wearing shorts to work because there is literally no point coming here, let alone getting dressed up as if it were 2019 or earlier in this dumpy building.
Managers: oh yeah, you threaten to quit if we ask more? hold my beer
FRTO. I go to the office in my PJ bottoms!!!
FRTO. I am still in my confines working remote. My manager does not care as he doesn’t go in either
Sad to say but our group which had worked 100% remotely for the better part of a decade was just denied perm WFH. 4 levels of management above us understood the need and pushed for it, one of them is even a Wall St. crony who current management hired.
WF isn't anywhere near close to calling it.
… but you are still avoiding your home and family in your unhappy marriage so you cope at the office with your fellow miserable boomers.
... but you all are still here. Idle threats.
