At least training is providing some comic relief. Took Complaints and Records Management last week. Knowledge check - don’t tell anyone where you work because you are responsible for managing every complaint you hear… from the Uber driver, your friend, your friends’ kids, everyone. Advice - if someone asks, tell them you work in an office. If they press you for more details, tell them it’s a big office and charge the subject. Records Management- I felt like Doc was in a horror movie. I kept waiting for Robot dude to tell Doc that File dude was going to take him to the train station. Not sure the implied ‘recycling’ of yourself when everyone is done with you is a great message during mental health month. But whatever. I laughed so hard at the beginning. I needed that.

My takeaway from the complaint training was never let people know you work for Wells too. Lol.
LOL…that documents one took a dark tun at the end. They gaslit that poor guy to his death at the end.
