Not when your company screws over all the experienced employees to save a buck. When the EFF will this ship hit the bottom of the ocean floor? Waiting to break out the popcorn!

What systems? Be Specific. Old ACSS, OMNI, Citrix, VPN, Domain Access, etc. What?

One system was having a problem and the other 55 systems were working just fine?

Why complain just to complain? Give an example with a date and time. I'll look it up for you.

Also, what department are you in?

What are you stating? VZ's, IT Systems, as in Information Technology Systems? Or as in the other systems that are not organic, not in-house systems.
