How is EM Trading ever going to get competent people AND incentivize them to outperform if they don’t implement the bonus structure? This is not just “we don’t do 9/80s” or “our overall compensation is competitive in the industry.” Traders are 100% mercenary and only work for the highest bidders. Shell traders make $250+ easily. Is HR going to start all traders at CL27 to make up the gap?
